Cafe Josefa was amazing, my waiter Samuel was attentive, kind and patient. I don't speak Spanish so it was helpful that he was bilingual and very kind. I had almost everything on the menu because it all looked delicious. it's a must try when your in Queretaro.

It was worth the wait. Patty was an extremely polite and happy waitress. They offer complimentary sweet bread. This was divine! Baked fresh chocolate concha (tasted like dark chocolate) was soft and the chocolate part did not crumble like ones made in USA. I had the Flor de Calabaza and huitlacoche quesadillas were on my bucket list as my mother in law has always to lauded them. They are a delicacy and rare food to find. I like the rustic ambience of the restaurant.

It was the first time we dined here. We were there at 11 so we had breakfast. Breakfast ends at 1 pm. We enjoyed our meals. Service was great and place has a great appeal. We will definitely go back.
